David Bragg
Head Pastor
Pastor David Bragg was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, and moved to the St. Louis area at the age of six. He grew up attending Lafayette Bible Baptist Church under the leadership of his father, Dr. Edward Bragg. He was saved on July 3, 1992 and was baptized soon after receiving Christ.
Upon graduating from Lafayette Bible Baptist Academy, David attended a local college and received a degree in Electronic Engineering before attending and graduating from Oklahoma Baptist College with a degree in Missions. While attending OBC, he met Heidi Ard and they were married in December of 2004.
David and Heidi served at Maranatha Baptist Church in Pine Bluff, Arkansas under the leadership of Pastor David Cripps for four years. In 2009, the Braggs moved to Missouri City, Texas and worked on staff at Cornerstone Baptist Church under Pastor Lamar Ard until August of 2019 when Pastor Bragg accepted the call to pastor Lafayette Bible Baptist Church.
David and Heidi Bragg have five children: Allyson, Jason, Katelyn, Lauren and Eden.

Cody Ferreira
Associate/ Youth Pastor
Pastor Cody Ferreira was born in Diego Martin on the Caribbean twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago, located off the Northeast coast of Venezuela. He grew up with Christian parents and got saved on February 22, 2015, at Charity Baptist Church, San Fernando. There he got baptized shortly after being saved.
After faithfully attending and growing spiritually in church, he felt called to stop pursuing a higher secular education and left Trinidad and Tobago to attend Providence Baptist College in Illinois at the age of twenty. While there, he met Debra Walker and they were married in July of 2021. He graduated in 2022 with a degree in Pastoral Theology.
Shortly after, Cody and Debra were called to serve at Lafayette Bible Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor David Bragg.
Cody and Debra Ferreira have Two sons, Liam and Lincoln.

Alex dejack
Associate Pastor
Pastor DeJack was born in Union, MO, outside of St. Louis. His family was reached through the bus ministry of Lafayette Bible Baptist Church, where he grew up attending under the leadership of Dr. Edward Bragg. There, he was saved on March 30, 2011, and was baptized the following Sunday.
In January of 2021, at the age of twenty-two, Alex attended Commonwealth Baptist College in Lexington, KY. He graduated in May of 2024 with a degree in Pastoral Theology. The following May, he graduated with a Master’s Degree of Science in Christian Ministry. While attending Commonwealth, he met Hannah Maki and they were married in August of 2025.
Soon after, Alex and Hannah were called to serve at Lafayette Bible Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor David Bragg.
