Purpose

In an ever-changing and eventually-perishing world, we have an eternal purpose. Our eternal purpose is found in the Word of God and forms every decision we make at Lafayette Bible Baptist Church. This eternal purpose is found in Colossians 3:8-11. We believe it is our purpose to help all people fellowship with God our Creator through faith in His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. Our church is not about us - it is about Him! We desire to be obedient to Jesus Christ by preaching to the whole world the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and teaching the truths and principles that He left us in His infallible Word.
